Think Dignity Scholarship

The Dignity Scholarship celebrates the resilience and determination of students who have navigated significant challenges in securing stable housing. It honors individuals who demonstrate perseverance, resourcefulness, and a commitment to their educational goals despite obstacles. Recipients embody strength, adaptability, and the drive to create a brighter future for themselves and their communities.

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Utilized the Jet Fuel Resource Center at least three times in the 2025-2026 academic year
  • Currently or has previously experienced homelessness
  • Currently enrolled at San Diego Miramar College

The San Diego Miramar College Foundation have dedicated themselves to raising money to help students reach their educational and vocational dreams.
All Scholarship recipients will be required to provide a “Thank You” Letter to the donor expressing your sincere appreciation of the award(s).

Note: If you are selected and notified of a scholarship award, you must claim it no later than December 19, 2026, unless otherwise specified in the scholarship guidelines. Awards not claimed by this date will be forfeited.
