Miramar College General Counseling Scholarship
Created by the Miramar College General Counseling Department, this scholarship celebrates students who demonstrate proactive engagement in shaping their academic journey by utilizing general counseling services. It recognizes individuals who take intentional steps to clarify goals, explore options, and create a thoughtful educational plan that supports their long-term success.
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Must have met with a counselor in Summer 2025 or Fall 2025
- Completion of FAFSA or CADAA
- Must be a continuing student – planning on continuing enrollment for the remaining 25-26 year.
“THANK YOU” LETTER
The San Diego Miramar College Foundation have dedicated themselves to raising money to help students reach their educational and vocational dreams.
All Scholarship recipients will be required to provide a “Thank You” Letter to the donor expressing your sincere appreciation of the award(s).
Note: If you are selected and notified of a scholarship award, you must claim it no later than December 19, 2026, unless otherwise specified in the scholarship guidelines. Awards not claimed by this date will be forfeited.
