Loleni Talo Memorial Scholarship

The Loleni Talo Memorial Scholarship honors the dedication and service of Loleni Talo, who served with distinction in the United States Navy for 24 years, retiring as a Senior Chief. Throughout his career, Senior Chief Talo exemplified leadership, discipline, and commitment to excellence. This scholarship seeks to support individuals who embody the same values of perseverance, integrity, and service, and who are dedicated to making a positive impact in their communities and beyond, just as Senior Chief Talo did throughout his life.

All Scholarship recipients will be required to provide a “Thank You” Letter to the donor expressing your sincere appreciation of the award(s).

Note: If you are selected and notified of a scholarship award, you must claim it no later than December 19, 2026, unless otherwise specified in the scholarship guidelines. Awards not claimed by this date will be forfeited.
