Charles W. Patrick

This scholarship was established in memory of the first Chancellor of the San Diego Community College District. Charles W. Patrick was a great leader who helped build the District, one building at a time. His efforts enabled the District to best serve the community’s educational needs.

The San Diego Miramar College Foundation have dedicated themselves to raising money to help students reach their educational and vocational dreams.
All Scholarship recipients will be required to provide a “Thank You” Letter to the donor expressing your sincere appreciation of the award(s).

Note: If you are selected and notified of a scholarship award, you must claim it no later than December 19, 2026, unless otherwise specified in the scholarship guidelines. Awards not claimed by this date will be forfeited.
