Vasquez-Gonzales Family Scholarship

Made possible by the family of Adrian and Cynthia Gonzales, the Vasquez-Gonzales Family Scholarship recognizes the unique challenges and considerable determination required of students who transfer from the College of Continuing Education to Miramar College, who attend part time due to work and/or family obligations, and who return to school after years away from the classroom. This scholarship seeks to empower students by providing the resources necessary to succeed academically while balancing personal and professional responsibilities.

The San Diego Miramar College Foundation have dedicated themselves to raising money to help students reach their educational and vocational dreams.
All Scholarship recipients will be required to provide a “Thank You” Letter to the donor expressing your sincere appreciation of the award(s).

Note: If you are selected and notified of a scholarship award, you must claim it no later than December 19, 2026, unless otherwise specified in the scholarship guidelines. Awards not claimed by this date will be forfeited.
